Job summary

Adobe's Privacy Office seeks an experienced privacy attorney to lead the CXO privacy legal team, guiding product, sales, and partnerships through complex privacy challenges across AdTech/MarTech and data platforms. This role emphasizes strategic counsel, privacy-by-design, and enterprise deal support.

The candidate should have a J.D. and at least 10 years of privacy experience, including in‑house work, with strong management skills and a track record of navigating technology‑driven privacy

Qualifications

• J.D. degree and membership in at least one state bar.
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant privacy legal experience, including substantial in‑house experience at a technology, SaaS, or data‑driven company, and demonstrated people‑management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CXO Privacy Legal team, coordinating and mentoring privacy counsel supporting CXO and balancing coverage across product, sales, and partnerships.
• Advise product and technical teams on Privacy-By-Design, data platforms, identity resolution, and AI‑enabled products; develop privacy impact assessments and playbooks.
• Support enterprise deals by advising on privacy and data‑protection terms, providing trainings, templates, and hands‑on assistance for strategic deals.
