Job summary

Adobe is seeking an experienced privacy attorney to lead the CXO Privacy Legal team, providing main privacy guidance to Sales, Product, and Partnerships Legal within the CXO organization. The role involves advising on Privacy-By-Design, handling enterprise deals, and guiding AI governance and data‑platform privacy initiatives.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in privacy law, in-house tech experience, and J.D. degree, with demonstrated people-management experience.

Qualifications

J.D. degree and membership in at least one state bar.
10+ years of relevant privacy legal experience in technology or SaaS.
Experience advising product and development groups on data platforms and AI/privacy issues.

Responsibilities

Lead the CXO Privacy Legal team and provide privacy guidance to Sales, Product and Partnerships Legal.
Advise product and technical teams on Privacy-By-Design frameworks and privacy risk.
Support enterprise deals with privacy negotiations, templates, and playbooks.
Track developments in privacy law, AdTech/MarTech, and AI governance.
Act as a strategic privacy advisor to business leaders and grow a privacy-centric culture.
