Adobe seeks a dedicated attorney to support the Customer Experience Orchestration business and Adobe CX Enterprise Coworker. You’ll counsel on a wide range of topics, including AI/genAI, partner with product, engineering, and marketing, and draft and negotiate technology licenses and partnerships.

This full‑time role is US‑based (NY/CA/UT) and requires a J.D., bar admission, and 5+ years of experience, with a track record of practical, non‑disruptive legal guidance and cross‑functional

Formación

• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar membership.
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience with privacy; CIPP/US and/or AIGP a plus.
• Knowledge of AI regulatory developments and ethics.
• Proficient in drafting and negotiating agreements.
• Strong written and verbal communication; non-disruptive advisory style.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with internal partners on reviews of products and services for legal compliance and practical guidance.
• Advise product, engineering, marketing, and pricing teams through development and launch.
• Work with privacy, AI ethics, and IP attorneys to assess risks and support the business.
• Draft, negotiate, and support technology licenses, docs, and partnerships.
• Deliver guidance and trainings to engineering, program management, product, and sales teams.
• Prioritize initiatives with management to align resources and timelines.
