FTI Consulting is seeking a Director to join our Privacy team within the Cybersecurity practice. You will lead privacy consulting engagements across risk assessments, regulatory readiness, data governance, program and policy development, and the configuration and implementation of privacy management platforms.

Competenze

• Five+ years of privacy consulting or privacy program management experience.
• Hands-on experience configuring privacy platforms (OneTrust, Ketch, Securiti.ai).
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA and related laws.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and mentor junior staff.
• Willingness to travel to FTI offices and client sites.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Mansioni

• Lead client engagements at the intersection of privacy, cybersecurity and technology.
• Configure and implement privacy management platforms to support data inventory, mapping, CMPs, and DSAR workflows.
• Prepare client materials including memos, status reports, assessments and policy documents.
• Advise on consent models for website tracking and deployment of consent management tools.
• Manage engagement workstreams, supervise juniors, and be a primary client contact.
• Support business development through proposals and thought leadership.
• Stay current on privacy regulations to enhance client solutions.
