FTI Consulting seeks a Director to join its Privacy team within the Cybersecurity practice in the United States. You will lead privacy consulting engagements across risk assessments, regulatory readiness, data governance, and policy development, and interact directly with clients to deliver practical solutions.

The role requires 5–8 years in privacy or cybersecurity consulting, hands-on deployment of platforms like OneTrust, Ketch, and Securiti.ai, and strong leadership to mentor junior staff

Qualificações

• Five or more years of privacy consulting or related experience.
• Hands-on experience with privacy platforms such as OneTrust, Ketch, Securiti.ai.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, and related privacy laws.
• Ability to manage client relationships and mentor junior staff.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client engagements at the intersection of privacy, cybersecurity, and technology.
• Configure and implement privacy platforms to support data inventory, mapping, CMPs, DSAR workflows, and risk portals.
• Support development of client materials, memos, and regulatory updates.
• Manage engagement workstreams, budgets, and resources; mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to business development through proposals and thought leadership.
• Stay current on industry trends and evolving privacy regulations to enhance client solutions.
