Job summary

FTI Consulting in the United States seeks a Senior Director to lead Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Communications, guiding crisis responses and incident communications for Fortune 500 clients across geographies. You’ll shape strategy, mentor teams, and engage senior executives while coordinating cross-border efforts.

You’ll identify opportunities, foster law firm relationships, and drive thought leadership, with travel to client sites and offices as required.

Qualifications

8+ years of crisis/issues management and/or cybersecurity experience in relevant roles serving clients and developing new business.
Proven ability to advise senior communications and C-level client contacts and collaborate with outside counsel.
Experience in managing multiple workstreams and teams across geographies

Responsibilities

Develop strategic proposals and communications plans for clients and new business prospects.
Serve as primary client contact, providing strategic counsel in meetings and on client sites.
Project manage multiple workstreams and document development to meet deadlines and objectives.
Manage teams and processes for tracking stakeholder inquiries during live incidents (media, employees, regulators).
Work with peers across borders on 24x7 incident response and preparedness efforts.
Drive new business pursuits and thought leadership for the firm.
