FTI Consulting is seeking a Senior Director to lead cybersecurity and data privacy crisis communications. The role oversees incident response, preparedness projects, and multi-stakeholder engagements for major incidents across geographies.

You will manage client relationships, lead proposals, and drive new business opportunities while guiding teams, with frequent collaboration across borders and with senior executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of crisis/issues management and/or cybersecurity experience.
• Experience in client service, consulting or agency settings.
• Ability to advise senior client contacts and external counsel.
• Proven project management track record.
• Willingness to travel to clients and offices.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
