Northwest Allied Physician Group is seeking a Director of Clinics - Primary Care to provide strategic and operational leadership across Tucson-area clinics. The role focuses on high-quality, patient-centered care, budget management, regulatory compliance, and staff development to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
• Seven (7) or more years of direct healthcare leadership experience in lieu of a degree.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience with Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and accreditation processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of assigned clinics, ensuring quality patient care and operational efficiency.
• Partners with leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives for clinic operations.
• Leads clinic management teams, physicians, and staff to achieve clinical, financial, and patient satisfaction goals.
• Oversees scheduling, patient flow, revenue cycle processes and administrative workflows.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards and conducts regular performance reviews.
