- Ability to build and audit sophisticated financial models and analyze large datasets.
- Strong communication with C-suite and executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead payer contract modeling and governance of reimbursement models.
- Mentor team in modeling methodologies and analytical best practices.
- Oversee chargemaster development and pricing governance.
- Develop price transparency reporting and market intelligence dashboards.
- Aggregate and interpret pricing data for negotiations and strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement in analytics tools and processes.
