Qualifications

• Experience leading pricing, order management, or revenue operations.
• Hands-on CPQ and quote-to-cash systems knowledge.
• Proven leadership of multiple teams with clear metrics.
• Strong pricing strategy, deal structuring, and commissions design.
• Ability to unify fragmented processes across Sales, Finance, and Technology.
• Executive-level communication with CFO and Sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quote-to-order process; optimize CPQ and systems.
• Lead Pricing and Sales Operations teams; quarterly pricing refresh.
• Administer ConnectBase and HubSpot data for sales enablement.
• Manage account assignment, segmentation, and renewal processes.
• Design sales commissions plan and assist with QBR materials.
• Partner with FP&A, Sales, and Technology on efficiency initiatives.
• Support RFP and Erate quoting where capacity allows.
• Participate in Sales leadership meetings and pipeline reviews.
