Job summary

Oklahoma Baptist University seeks a Director of Bison Prep and Subscription Services to oversee the university’s high school dual credit program, online and on-campus coordination, and partnership management.

You will recruit new subscription partners, advise students entering via multiple modalities, and collaborate with admissions, registrar, and financial services to ensure smooth onboarding and persistence.

Qualifications

• Experience in academic advising, student services, enrollment management, or partnership coordination.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dual credit and high school partnerships, coordinating offerings and calendars.
• Provide academic advising to dual enrollment students online and on campus.
• Recruit new partners for subscription-based models and supervise onboarding.
• Maintain records and collaborate with admissions, registrar, and finance.
• Support program assessment and participate in outreach and training.
