Job summary

Oklahoma Baptist University seeks a Director of Bison Prep and Subscription Services to oversee dual credit partnerships with high schools, advise dual enrollment students online and on campus, and expand the subscription-model program.

Responsibilities include leading coordination with academic departments, onboarding new partners, managing contracts and payments, and collaborating with admissions, registrar, and financial services to ensure a seamless student entry and ongoing persistence.

Qualifications

• Experience in academic advising, student services, enrollment management, or partnership coordination in higher education or K-12.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dual credit partnerships with high schools, including coordination and compliance.
• Advise dual enrollment students participating online and on campus.
• Recruit and onboard subscription-based partners and manage contracts/payments.
• Collaborate with admissions, registrar, financial services, and academic units.
• Maintain accurate student and partnership records and assist with program assessment.
