OU Education Services in Norman, OK is seeking a Director of Enrollment Services to lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of an enrollment portfolio. You will manage Enrollment Managers, own departmental results, and ensure practices align with OU expectations and compliance.

The successful candidate will drive student-centered operations, partner with stakeholders, manage budgets, and guide teams to hit start objectives while adapting to shifting priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 5+ years leading enrollment teams; 2+ years coaching managers.
• Experience with budgets, staffing and operational resources.
• Depth in higher education enrollment management and compliance.
• Strong data-informed decision making and CRM usage.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own enrollment portfolio strategy, performance, and outcomes.
• Lead Enrollment Managers and teams toward student-centered outcomes.
• Forecast performance, manage budget, and ensure resource alignment.
• Partner with Marketing, Operations, and university stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and compliance across enrollment processes.
• Share performance insights and influence senior leadership decisions.
