Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Director, Premium Client Services to oversee ticketing, premium experiences, and suites for the Tampa Bay Rays' stadium project. You will champion client satisfaction, manage contracts, and payments, owning the buyer journey from purchase through opening.

Lead a high-touch service culture, mentor a team, and identify opportunities to grow premium revenue while aligning with sales, marketing, operations, and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 6-8 years of successful sales & service management experience.
• Strong data analysis, concise recommendations, executive presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with partners and teams.
• Detail-focused, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• High EI, curiosity, and desire to grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development and activation of service offerings and a proactive service culture.
• Project manage initiatives to coordinate revenue lines with external partners.
• Maintain alignment across sales, marketing, operations, finance, and stakeholders.
• Plan and execute key industry networking events to identify new business.
• Attract, mentor, and manage a high-performing, service-minded team.
• Foster strong relationships with the Tampa Bay Rays and partners.
