Job summary

ResponsiveEd seeks a Director of PreK Partnerships to lead regional development, implementation, and growth of PreK programs across the assigned area. The role serves as the main liaison among ResponsiveEd, childcare providers, workforce partners, and local stakeholders to ensure high-quality PreK opportunities.

Under the Senior Director, you will guide partnership development, monitor performance, and coordinate with internal teams to meet academic expectations and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred in related field.
• Minimum five years in partnership management or related leadership roles.
• Experience with public-private partnerships and childcare/workforce initiatives.
• Knowledge of TEA Prekindergarten requirements preferred.
• Proven ability to build diverse stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional partnership growth plans aligned with objectives.
• Identify opportunities to expand PreK partnerships within the region.
• Recruit and onboard new childcare, workforce, and community partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional support across departments for implementation.
• Monitor partnership satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare regional compliance reports and leadership recommendations.
