Job summary

Hireology is seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Education to partner with campus leadership in Reading, MA. This hands-on role leads curriculum design, teacher development, and meaningful learning across the school.

The Director will coach educators, align practices with best early childhood standards, manage daily operations, staffing, and family communication, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education required.
• Minimum 2–5 years as a Director in a licensed childcare center with 100+ students and 35+ teachers.
• MA Director II Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen the school’s educational program and curriculum.
• Coach and develop teachers; support lesson planning, classroom practices, and assessment.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and classroom coverage; ensure family communication.
• Foster a culture of learning, collaboration and continuous improvement.
