Job summary

RJM Construction is seeking a Director of PreConstruction & Project Integration to lead Estimating, QA/QC, and MEP teams, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure adherence to RJM's processes from preconstruction through project closeout.

You will align workflows, mentor leaders, and develop KPIs to maximize project success while supporting staffing and strategic initiatives in a high-growth organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of relevant experience; 5+ years leading teams.
• Experience in commercial construction preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Sage, Vista, and Procore.
• LEAN experience preferred.
• LEED experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across preconstruction, operations, and closeout to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Enhance client experience by ensuring delivery excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify process improvements and performance metrics to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
• Partner with senior leaders to align staffing, workflows, and strategic initiatives with business goals.
