Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Director, Precision Medicine to lead diagnostic development and companion diagnostics strategy across assets. You will oversee immunohistochemistry, biomarker analytics, and regulatory pathways to enable robust patient selection and commercial success.

The role requires advanced degree and 5–7 years in assay/IVD development, with matrix leadership across multi-disciplinary teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Advanced technical degree (MSc or PhD) required.
• 5–7 years’ experience in assay and IVD development, including validation, regulatory submission, and commercialization of diagnostics.
• Experience with oncology biomarkers and diagnostic business development preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead Precision Medicine initiatives on asset development and translational medicine.
• Coordinate companion diagnostic development including immunohistochemistry, immunoassay, PCR, and NGS.
• Chair Precision Medicine matrix sub-teams to integrate diagnostics into clinical and business strategies.
• Provide strategic direction for diagnostic partnerships and business development.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to hit critical milestones (development, validation, regulatory).
• Participate in commercial planning and medical strategy for diagnostic products.
