You will partner with Sales and Delivery teams to vet opportunities, develop concepts, and ensure robust pricing and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in an Energy or Mechanical Engineering role.
• Experience working on energy efficiency construction projects including energy performance contracting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a centralized team providing technical, commercial, and engineering support during the sales process.
• Develop solution concepts and ensure accurate pricing and proposals.
• Oversee pre‑contract processes and tools, manage opportunity intake and stage‑gate discipline, deliver techno‑economic inputs.
• Balance speed, technical rigor, and commercial pragmatism to enable scalable sales outcomes.
