Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Director of Power Semiconductor Device to lead reliability, failure analysis, and RCCA activities across its business units. Qualifications

• Twenty years of experience in power semiconductor devices, reliability engineering, failure analysis, or related fields.
• Proven technical leadership or people management experience (minimum 5 years).
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Power Semiconductor Device organization and provide technical direction across all quality and reliability activities.
• Mentor and develop a team of engineers and data analysts; set priorities, standards, and metrics.
• Coordinate RCCA, 8D, CAR, and CAPA activities across business units; drive robust, physics-based investigations.
