Job summary

OSU-Center for Health Sciences in Tulsa seeks a Director of Grants, Contracts, and Post Award Administration to lead financial management and compliance of externally sponsored programs across the university.

You will oversee budgeting, reporting, audit coordination, and closeout activities, guiding policy development and ensuring regulatory adherence while developing staff and fostering a service-oriented culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field.
5+ years progressive experience in higher education or nonprofit with grant budgeting and reporting to government agencies.
3+ years of supervisory/management experience with staff development, oversight and process improvement.
Strong communication and ability to inspire others toward higher performance.

Responsibilities

Oversee post-award sponsored projects financial reporting, budgeting, and cash management.
Ensure regulatory compliance, internal controls, and audit coordination.
Lead subrecipient monitoring, expenditure monitoring, and closeout activities.
Develop and implement post-award policies and administrative systems.
Supervise post-award staff and foster a collaborative service-oriented culture.
