Job summary

OSU-Oklahoma City is seeking a grants professional to lead development and administration of external funding aligned with institutional priorities. You will serve as Principal Investigator for selected grants, coordinate with faculty, and manage budgets, timelines, and compliance from proposal through closeout.

Responsibilities include maintaining SAM.gov/Grants.gov registrations, coordinating with the OSU Foundation, and ensuring adherence to 2 CFR 200 and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor0s degree in education, English, communications, business, public administration, nonprofit management, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of grant development and administration in higher education, government, or nonprofit.
• Experience with budgets, timelines, logic models, work plans, and evaluation for proposals.
• Post-award financial management including budget monitoring and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development with faculty and staff, including budgets and timelines.
• Manage internal proposal approvals and cost-share assessments.
• Maintain SAM.gov, Grants.gov registrations and boilerplate data.
• Coordinate with OSU Foundation and funders; build donor relationships.
• Achieve annual proposal and award targets with leadership.
