Job summary

The University of Oklahoma’s OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center seeks a Lead Post-Award Grant Manager to oversee the financial and administrative management of state, federal, and national grant-funded programs. You will provide expert guidance on post-award activities, monitor expenditures, reconcile accounts, and ensure sponsor compliance.

You’ll collaborate with center leadership, investigators, and central offices to manage large grants, deliver financial reporting, and maximize the impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• 60 months related experience.
• Equivalency: 108 months of experience accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-award grant administration for sponsored and grant-funded programs.
• Perform account reconciliation, financial monitoring, and budget analysis.
• Coordinate payroll and ensure financial transactions align with grant requirements.
• Prepare and present financial reports for faculty, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Analyze grant performance and provide recommendations to support program management.
• Collaborate with OUHSC central offices to ensure compliance and successful grant administration.
• Attend meetings and support program operations as a trusted resource on post-award matters.
• Complete self-directed work with ownership while partnering with team members to meet deadlines.
