Willow Wealth, based in New York City, is seeking a Director, Head of Portfolio Management and Valuation to lead the Portfolio Management team and own valuation across all sub-advisor relationships and asset classes. You will supervise a distributed team in New York and Athens and collaborate with Investments, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Ops.

The role reports to CFO/COO, with responsibilities spanning risk rating, valuation, and portfolio reporting to IC and Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; CFA or CAIA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years in investment/asset management, risk, or valuations, including senior leadership.
• Self-motivated, with success thriving in a dynamic environment.
• Direct people-management experience with distributed teams.
• Strong Excel/VBA and SQL; valuation modeling proficiency.
• Comfort presenting to IC and Board; defend valuation marks.
• Experience overseeing third-party managers or sub-advisors.

Responsabilités

• Own quarterly investment review and valuation processes end to end.
• Lead risk governance and pre-close risk rating process.
• Oversee sub-advisory relationships and investments.
• Manage a distributed Portfolio Management team in New York and Athens.
• Prepare valuation commentary for Board and committees.
• Coordinate with Investments, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Ops.
• Ensure IC-ready documentation and data quality across outputs.
• Drive data/reporting automation and AI improvements.
