Willow Wealth is seeking a Director, Specialty Finance to lead its investing strategy in private credit and specialty finance. Reporting to the CIO, you will shape long-term vision, drive new originations, and manage relationships with top-tier managers to fuel the marketplace for retail investors.

The role involves sourcing, evaluating, and closing direct deals, coordinating with internal and sub-advisory teams, and contributing to platform-wide growth.

Formación

• Deep familiarity with private market investment managers and execution
• Experience in private credit and specialty finance investment strategies
• Strong network to source opportunities and manage relationships

Responsabilidades

• Lead and shape the private credit and specialty finance investment strategy
• Partner with executive leadership to align investments with goals
• Source, underwrite, and execute new investment opportunities
• Oversee deal allocation and portfolio construction
• Manage internal and sub-advisory teams for portfolio management
• Represent the firm with investors and industry partners
