Willow Wealth in New York seeks a Director, Specialty Finance to lead our investing strategy across private credit and specialty finance. You will report to the CIO, shape long-term vision, and drive new originations while aligning with retail investor expectations.

You will build relationships with top managers, structure opportunities, supervise internal and sub-advisory teams, and help grow the marketplace for private investments with clear communication and consistent performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with private market investment managers and deal execution.
• Strong knowledge of specialty finance and private credit.
• Degree from a recognized university; MBA/CFA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead investment strategy and portfolio construction.
• Sourcing, underwriting, and execution of private credit deals.
• Foster relationships with asset managers and manage internal/sub-advisory teams.
• Represent the firm to investors and industry partners.
