Willow Wealth, a New York-based platform, is seeking a Director, Specialty Finance to lead our private credit and specialty finance investment strategy. You will report to the CIO and guide long-term vision, sourcing, underwriting and deal execution.

The role requires 8–12 years in investment management, deep network in private markets, and experience across asset-based lending. You will manage internal and sub-advisory teams and help grow the platform's retail investor footprint.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in investment management with increasing seniority.
• Deep familiarity with private credit, specialty finance and asset-based lending.
• Strong private market knowledge and a robust network to source high-quality opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute investment plans in private credit and specialty finance.
• Participate in investment committee discussions and decisions.
