Willow Wealth is seeking a Director, Investor Services in New York to lead the Investor Services team across multi-channel support, broker-dealer operations, and client advocacy. You will shape service standards, manage escalations, and partner with Legal, Compliance, and Engineering to deliver superior investor experiences.

The role sits in Marketing and requires 10+ years in investor services with 3+ years of leadership, Series 24, and strong CRM/BI data skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in investor services or wealth/asset management.
• 3+ years leading teams.
• Experience in a regulated broker-dealer environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day servicing across channels and reporting.
• Manage broker-dealer activities including onboarding and accreditation.
• Own escalation and complaint resolution with Legal/Compliance.
• Lead and develop the Investor Services team with quarterly reviews.
• Align servicing with onboarding, retention, and engagement strategies.
