Job Description
- Drive and contribute to Asset Team (Asset Development Team / Asset Leadership Board) strategies and aligned execution.
- Partner with Project Planners to ensure accurate, up-to-date asset level timelines and reporting.
- Identify, communicate, and manage asset risks.
- Partner with the Project Lead to drive cross-functional Asset Team effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Drive and contribute to Asset Team strategies and execution. Serve as a core member of the Asset Team, coordinate activities, and contribute to discussions from both a project management and strategic perspective. Lead the development of the cross-functional Asset Strategy and ensure its translation into actionable plans. Drive coordinated execution across sub-teams.
- Partner with Project Planners to maintain accurate timelines, perform scenario analysis, and ensure dashboard reports are timely and accurate.
- Identify, communicate, and manage asset risks. Work proactively with the Project Lead and sub-team managers to ensure risks are transparently identified, communicated, and escalated appropriately.
- Enhance cross-functional team effectiveness. Drive alignment, facilitate decision-making, monitor team performance, and share best practices.
Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in drug development, research, commercial, project management, or operations, preferably in one or more therapeutic areas.
- Minimum of 3 years supporting cross-functional drug development teams in core functions such as Program Management, Commercial, Development, Regulatory, or Operations.
- Developing strategic thinking and leadership skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Growing knowledge of program management practices in pharma.
- Preferred: Experience in late-stage drug development, including launch teams; experience with global and regional teams.
