Title: Senior Director, Enterprise Portfolio Operations
Pay: $120K - $150K/yr d.o.e. + annual bonus
Summary: New American Funding (NAF) is a nationwide mortgage lender dedicated to providing tailored home financing solutions to borrowers across the United States. We are seeking a visionary and execution-driven Leader of Enterprise Portfolio & Operations Strategy to lead the team responsible for driving cross-functional alignment, operational effectiveness, and strategic execution across our product, technology, and innovation portfolio. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise initiatives through structured governance, resource prioritization, and operational excellence. As the leader of a multidisciplinary team—including Product Operations, Technology Operations, Enterprise Portfolio Management, and Idea Intake—you will establish and oversee frameworks that enable clarity, speed, and focus across the organization. You will serve as a key advisor to executive leadership, ensuring that initiatives align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and the evolving needs of our customers and markets.
