• 12+ years of program or project leadership in large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing $15+ million annually in program work.
• Recent direct people-management experience (4+ employees).
• Strong PM, leadership, and delivery with risk management.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Preferred: 5+ years in financial services; SAFe or scaled Agile experience.
