Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in business systems analysis, business architecture, solution design, technology delivery or a related discipline.
• Experience managing requirements for multiple large, complex and cross-functional projects with emphasis on systems, business process redesign, and knowledge of technical environments.
• 5+ years of people management experience including recruiting, coaching, talent and career development, and performance management.
• Proven success identifying and solving cross-functional dependencies and risks for multi-year programs.
• Ability to quickly analyze and translate complex cross-platform business needs into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing system analysts supporting growth of deposit products and modernization of core banking capabilities.
• Hire, onboard and develop System Analyst talent and build bench strength for a growing organization.
• Build a strong business architecture and systems analysis practice with stakeholders across business and technology partners.
• Define and maintain Bank Platform business architecture documentation, including capability maps, process flows, inventories, and reusable patterns.
• Translate product strategy into integrated capability requirements, business rules, and system designs.
• Lead cross-platform impact assessments identifying affected systems, data, integrations, and teams.
• Align analyst assignments to business priorities and delivery readiness.
• Collaborate with platform intake to share project vision, feature breakouts, and integration points.
• Support strategic vision for Bank Platforms with architects by identifying reuse and modernization opportunities.
• Maintain inventory of software services and business components across platform-related systems.
• Build partnerships across Product Management, Bank Technology, Operations, Risk, and other enterprise teams.
