The Director of Portfolio Management is a strategic role responsible for enabling executional clarity and operational alignment across all company initiatives. The role oversees enterprise roadmap planning, portfolio tracking, and the full lifecycle of the company’s OKR process. It acts as a central connective point between Product, Engineering, Growth, and Executive teams to ensure prioritization and delivery of high-impact work. Success in this role requires structured thinking, strong organizational discipline, and the ability to manage complexity across a portfolio of AI-driven mortgage solutions and data products.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the company-wide roadmap, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities and execution across departments.
• Lead portfolio planning and prioritization, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Business Operations teams to ensure focus on high-impact initiatives.
• Oversee a centralized project tracking process, maintaining real-time visibility into project statuses, milestones, and risks.
• Own and manage the company’s OKR process, including quarterly planning, progress tracking, reporting, and driving accountability.
• Provide executive-level reporting and facilitate portfolio reviews to support informed decision-making and strategic alignment.
• Develop and implement portfolio management processes and best practices, ensuring continuous improvement across execution workflows.
• Identify and implement process improvements and scalable frameworks to enhance execution and cross-functional collaboration.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, balancing short-term objectives with long-term priorities.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has direct reports. Manages staff and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Qualifications:

• Experience managing complex portfolios involving AI, data platforms, or workflow automation.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, with experience supporting engineering and product teams in high-complexity domains.
• Proven track record of aligning cross-functional stakeholders in regulated or compliance-heavy industries.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Experience owning and evolving formal OKR or strategic goal-setting frameworks.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, rapidly evolving priorities, and driving clarity in high-growth environments.

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in portfolio management, product operations, business operations, or strategy, ideally in a B2B SaaS or financial services technology environment.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Monday.com.
