The Sr Director, Portfolio Management is responsible for optimizing the organization’s account management practices while also growing a portfolio of existing national multi-dimensional, million-dollar+ corporate relationships. These relationships are critical to ACS’s growth—advancing mission efforts, customer engagement, relevancy, and revenue.
This role manages a team of 3 Strategic Directors, Account Management, and is responsible for a percentage of growth based on current contracts (TBD once portfolio is identified). It requires influencing and collaborating with diverse internal stakeholders to develop account management practices for each account, focusing on mission impact and revenue growth.
The role demands knowledge of sales, marketing, foundation, sustainability, HR, procurement, and benefits to develop partnerships. It also involves working with regional and divisional teams to implement best account management practices. The role interacts with external CEOs and internal senior leaders to assess and deepen mutually beneficial collaborations.
This position is remote in the United States, with a high preference for candidates residing on the West Coast.
