Penn State Executive Programs seeks a Director of Portfolio Development & Innovation to translate strategy into coordinated actions, strengthening portfolio performance and learning outcomes. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, use technology to improve processes, and lead program quality across custom and open-enrollment offerings.

This role requires executive presence, client-facing experience with senior leaders, and the ability to turn strategy into measurable results, including

Competenze

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in professional or executive education, corporate learning, or related.
• 3+ years of full-time supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated business acumen and executive presence.
• Experience consulting with senior leaders to assess needs and develop solutions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership.

Mansioni

• Translate strategy into actionable plans with milestones and review cycles.
• Maintain portfolio-level quality and performance standards.
• Monitor portfolio performance and market information to identify opportunities.
• Partner with marketing to align portfolio priorities and campaigns.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for strategic progress and performance.
• Supervise team members with clear priorities and accountability.
• Identify AI-enabled improvements to enhance efficiency and learner experiences.
