Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business or a related field required.
• Experience translating strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Experience with learning programs, executive education or corporate learning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate departmental strategy into actionable plans, milestones and review cycles.
• Establish portfolio quality and performance standards across programs.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities to improve, expand, or discontinue programs.
• Partner with marketing to align portfolio priorities with business objectives.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for strategic progress and portfolio performance.
• Supervise assigned team members and provide guidance and accountability.
