Qualifications
- Master's degree in business, education, organizational development, learning and development, or related
- 10+ years in professional or executive education, corporate learning, or related fields
- 3+ years of full-time supervisory experience
- Demonstrated business acumen and senior-leader consulting experience
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication
Responsibilities
- Translate strategy into actionable plans with milestones and review cycles
- Establish portfolio-level quality and performance standards
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with marketing to align priorities and campaigns
- Develop dashboards and reporting for strategic progress
- Supervise team members with clear priorities and accountability
- Advance AI-enabled improvements for efficiency and learner experience
- Coordinate LMS, CRM, and analytics platforms with partners
