Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation in the United States seeks a Director of Product and Portfolio Execution to lead the AD&M business unit’s integrated execution system. You will translate strategic direction into a prioritized roadmap, align resources, and drive value realization across customer, operational, growth, and financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience across product management, operations, program management, supply chain, engineering, or related roles in a complex industrial environment.
• Proven success leading multi-function portfolios or transformations with measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of integrated business planning, portfolio governance, capacity and supply planning, and new-product/industrialization processes.
• Executive-level communication and synthesis skills with credibility to influence senior leaders.
• Experience in aerospace/defense or regulated engineered-products environment strongly preferred.
• Ability to work across global sites/time zones; travel based on business needs.
• This role requires U.S. export-control eligibility (ITAR/EAR).

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio execution management with integrated roadmap, owners, milestones, and decisions.
• Establish a single portfolio view across key strategic areas and priorities.
• Run prioritization to manage resource conflicts and enable growth.
• Govern and drive discipline with KPI dashboards and action follow-through.
• Integrate cross-functional teams into one execution model and clarify decision rights.
• Drive customer delivery, recovery actions, and performance governance.
• Coordinate growth, innovation, and industrialization execution with readiness reviews.
• Coach leaders in execution planning and structured problem solving.
