• Analytical and data savvy with ability to develop business cases, ROI, and financial analyses.
• Shows ability to connect teams and communicate proactively across projects.
• Expert in Excel, Google Apps, and project management.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution and ongoing refinement of Population Health programs in the local division.
• Collaborate with central office leaders to shape strategy and program design.
• Work with regional leaders and care teams to implement clinical and business priorities.
• Accountability for population health metrics, including quality and cost measures.
