Oak Street Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Senior Medical Director to lead provider teams in the local market and partner with the Regional VP to achieve operational and clinical excellence in hospital admissions, quality, patient satisfaction, clinician morale, and medical cost. Qualifications

• MD/DO or DNP with license in good standing, board-certified in IM or FM.
• 10+ years in clinical practice, including at least 5 years outpatient.
• Minimum 3 years in physician management or as medical director (20+ providers).

Responsibilities

• Lead provider teams in the local market and partner with Regional VP to drive operational and clinical excellence.
• Supervise Center Medical Directors; mentor and coach providers to improve quality and patient satisfaction.
• Oversee medical cost management, quality dashboards, and data-driven initiatives to improve outcomes.
