Job summary

Affir is seeking a Director of Sales to lead four Account Executives focused on signing platform partnerships, including ISVs and SaaS providers, that expand Affir’s reach with SMB merchants. Reporting to the Senior Director, ISV Partnerships, you will shape our high-velocity sales motion, build executive relationships, and drive complex commercial opportunities.

You’ll own outcomes from opportunity creation through signature, integration, launch, and early merchant activation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years leading teams.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals in high-growth settings.
• Deep expertise hunting and closing in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience selling to ISVs, software providers, or platform businesses.
• Experience in fintech/payments and SMB ecosystems.
• Strong coaching, strategy, and pipeline management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop four Account Executives with clear accountability.
• Define and evolve ISV go-to-market strategy and coverage.
• Own outcomes from opportunity creation through signature and activation.
• Lead strategic platform opportunities and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
• Bring rigor to prospecting, forecasting, and deal strategy.
• Represent the platform ecosystem and align with product/roadmap.
