Columbus Springs - East is seeking a department leader to guide patient care operations and resource management across our Columbus, OH facility, ensuring safe, high‑quality care, optimal staffing, and efficient service delivery in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.
• Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
• Plans staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
• Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding.
• Coordinates and directs internal/external audits.
• Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality standards. Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff.
