Dartmouth College's The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy & Clinical Practice (TDI) seeks a Director of Academic and Student Affairs to coordinate the PhD program administration, recruitment, admissions support, and student onboarding. The role interfaces with Geisel and partner schools, alumni, and sponsors in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The position is hybrid in Lebanon, NH, part-time (20 hours/week) with a Master’s degree plus 5+ years' experience.

Formación

• Masters degree plus 5+ years' experience or combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of educational programming, graduate student affairs, and/or project management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, remain calm under pressure, and adapt positively to change.
• Ability to build effective relationships within Geisel, across Dartmouth schools, and with external partners including recruiters and corporate sponsors.
• Effective decision-making skills based on analysis, experience, and judgment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality on sensitive information and materials.
• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary coordination hub for the PhD program and recruitment activities across partner schools.
• Lead admissions support, enrollment, and onboarding for the PhD program.
• Support student experience through engagement with faculty, alumni, and career development.
• Act as administrative lead for PRAISE NIH T32 training program in partnership with program directors.
• Manage program policies, handbook updates, and communications for students and staff.
