Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a Director of Clinical Pharmacy Stars Performance to own the performance trajectory of the Medicare Advantage and Part D quality portfolio. You will partner with Medical Directors and vendors to drive measurable improvements, build the tracker, and audit outreach effectiveness.

Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent clinical degree.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership in managed care, a health plan, or a PBM, with ownership of MA and Part D quality programs.
• Execution instinct with ability to manipulate data and draft workflows.
• Insight generation with BI tooling experience and data-driven decision making.
• Clinical diplomacy and ability to influence clinical leaders.
• Leadership impact across organizational levels with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance trajectory of the full clinical pharmacy Stars portfolio, including key measures.
• Forecast measure trajectories, identify risks, and translate analysis into actionable directives.
• Serve as the authoritative clinical voice on pharmacy quality and interpret regulatory shifts.
• Build capabilities for a measure while on display to enable proactive readiness.
• Design and implement enterprise strategies to deliver 5-Star performance at scale.
• Drive cross-functional execution with internal teams and external partners to improve outcomes.
• Maintain market awareness of vendor platforms and make informed buy/build decisions.
• Lead with servant leadership to enable teams and support members' health outcomes.
