Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a Director of Clinical Pharmacy Stars Performance to own and drive the Star Ratings measures across Medicare Advantage and Part D. You will lead analytics, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to forecast trajectories, influence outcomes, and prepare for evolving CMS measures.

You will report to the AVP, Pharmacy and engage with Medical Directors, vendors, and provider networks to ensure execution of performance initiatives and continued improvement in member

Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent clinical degree.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership in managed care, a health plan, or a PBM with MA/Part D quality program ownership.
• Execution-driven, shipping measurable results.
• Advanced analytical skills to uncover root causes of non-adherence.
• Influence across organizational levels with collaborative excellence.
• Clinical diplomacy to influence prescribing behavior without authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance trajectory of the full clinical pharmacy Stars portfolio and forecast trajectories.
• Serve as the clinical subject matter expert on pharmacy quality and regulatory shifts.
• Lead readiness for future measures and translate rules into actionable changes.
• Design strategy across the portfolio to achieve 5‑Star performance at scale.
• Manage KPIs and coordinate with internal and external partners to implement solutions.
