Elevance Health is seeking a Director of Clinical Pharmacy Strategies to guide Medicare CMS Star initiatives, oversee strategy execution, and drive cost of care management for Medicare business segments. This role will lead a clinical team, ensure quality outcomes, and maintain compliance across retail and medical benefits.

The position requires a PharmD/RPh/MPh with at least 5 years in managed care, a current Pharmacist license, and strong Excel/data analytics skills.

Formación

• PharmD, RPh or MPh with minimum 5 years of managed care experience.
• Current unrestricted Pharmacist license in applicable state(s) required.
• Requires BS in Pharmacy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Medicare CMS Star clinical intervention programs to achieve 4 stars for Elevance health contracts.
• Oversee CMS Star Portfolio and enterprise strategy execution while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage budget and drive clinical product revenue; hire, train, coach and evaluate direct reports.
• Collaborate with Quality, Pharmacy, Operations, Analytics, Clinical and Executive Leadership teams.
