Job summary

BrightonOne seeks a Director of Pharmacy Services to lead all aspects of pharmacy operations, including outpatient, mail order, and a network of partners for USFHP. You will drive regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, and patient-centered care across the organization.

The role requires a PharmD and strong leadership in managed care pharmacy, with oversight of vendor relations, DUR programs, formulary initiatives, and a focus on continuous improvement and cost containment.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts pharmacist license in good standing.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in retail or managed care pharmacy.
• Retail or mail-order pharmacy experience required.
• Ability to obtain U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all pharmacy services.
• Oversee outpatient, mail order, and external retail networks.
