Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a Hospital Pharmacy Director to lead our pharmacy services for hospitals and related care centers. You will oversee all delivery functions, set policies, ensure compliance, manage inventory, and mentor staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

The role requires an advanced pharmacy degree, MS in Pharmacy or PharmD preferred, and a track record of leadership and at least three years in the discipline, with management experience. Leadership required.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Pharmacy is required.
• MS in Pharmacy or PharmD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees delivery of pharmacy services and develops policies and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with hospital policies and state/federal laws.
• Ensures compliance with The Joint Commission, EPA, FDA, and DEA.
• Completes Pharmacy Operational Reviews with Hospital Administration.
