Johnson & J&J is seeking a Director, Medical Safety Officer, Oncology, to be located in Titusville, NJ; Raritan, NJ or Horsham, PA. This role leads safety strategy for hematology products within GMS, guiding risk management and regulatory communications.

The position requires MD with PV experience, strong leadership of cross-functional teams, and expert knowledge of safety data assessment and regulatory submissions. Excellent English communication is essential.

Formación

• MD or equivalent with 2–5 years PV experience.
• Experience leading Safety Management Teams (SMT).
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and PV regulatory requirements.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global SMTs for assigned products and oversee safety surveillance and risk management activities.
• Provide medical/scientific expertise as GMS representative on development and clinical teams.
• Anticipate safety concerns and guide protocol design to minimize patient risk.
• Communicate safety findings to senior leadership and health authorities as needed.
• Contribute to safety documents (RMP, REMS, IB, CSR) and regulatory filings.
