Job summary

Dignity Health - Methodist Hospital in Sacramento seeks a Director Nursing Perioperative Services to provide strategic leadership and oversight of OR, PACU, pre-op, and SPD, ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality surgical care.

You will partner with Sr. Leadership on strategy, coach front-line leaders, and advise medical staff on patient care and best practices. Relocation assistance and a performance-based bonus are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent education and Master's degree in nursing or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience required.
• Minimum two (2) years of leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for perioperative services.
• Oversee OR, PACU, pre-operative services and SPD operations.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to implement initiatives and patient care standards.
• Advise medical staff and administrators on patient care and best practices.
